Tom will want to make sure you are in the best position to be viewing properties and making an offer once you have found the one you love. He will thoroughly assess your situation and documents to obtain an agreement in principle and give you the ability to not miss out on the "one".

HOME MOVER
Thinking about moving home? Upsizing, Downsizing or just fancy a change then Tom will help you through the buying process so all you need to focus on is the packing and unpacking.

Firstly we will establish what you can borrow so we know what your maximum purchase price will be that is affordable.
We will run through the total costs involved, including fees that could come out of equity or what you may need upfront.
Then once Tom has assessed the full situation and obtained your agreement in principle then its time to go house hunting!

Tom's process will also ensure a protection review is conducted so we can have the peace of mind if anything were to happen, you are fully covered.
