Tom has a strong relationship with a conveyancing team that will prove to speed up the process of buying a house. Communication is key to ensure a smooth transaction which is why Tom will only recommend the highest quality of solicitor to take care of your legal requirements when purchasing a property. Tom is committed to being with you every step of the way including the legal stages.

WILL WRITING

Tom believes it is vital to write a Will when buying property. This is your voice after death which is why Tom offers a referral service so you can have the peace of mind your assets go to the people you wish. Through your meetings Tom will explain why you should have a Will in place and what would happen if you were to pass away without a Will written.

COMMERCIAL MORTGAGES, SECOND CHARGE MORTGAGES AND BRIDGING LOANS

You may need other financing options to buy property or wish to invest in commercial property. Tom has access to multiple Specialist companies that will be able to assist and advise on any of your needs. Tom cannot directly advise on these products but if you can spare 15 minutes of your time he will be able to refer your details onto the specialists.
